Past Experience Matters - What Kate Brings to the Table

Before entering real estate Kate worked in the fast paced arena of public relations. Working with some of Canada’s largest corporations – Kate was responsible for creating and managing marketing programs and communication strategies. Her role pivoted around presenting a polished and positive company image through broadcast and print media. She accomplished this through a serious of well established media channel connections. It was here Kate attained her corporate skill set and learned the intrinsic importance of cultivating client relationships.

Her past employment includes:

Canada 3000 Corporate Communications - Kate worked regularly with local and national media in delivering a positive company brand image; she worked exclusively on new destination launches, traveled the network extensively representing the airline as a promotions representative, and contributed to Canada 3000’s Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Thornley Fallis Communications - Kate managed marketing and public relations for a number of agency clients. Her focus was to ensure positive media coverage through the production of media materials: news releases, and copywriting. As an account executive Kate worked in the agency marketing communication and government relations departments, her client list included: Nike, Molson, Unilever, Prime Restaurants, and The Royal Canadian Mint.
